You might think I'm "all wet" with my photo selection, but just east of Portland,
Oregon, is majestic Multnomah Falls, along I-84 running parallel to the Columbia River. This is an obvious springtime shot;
you should also see it when it's frozen in Winter! There's a cozy restaurant there where you can enjoy the falls as well.
Farther south, between Bend and Eugene, as you travel through the Willamette National Forest (Cascade Mountains),
you'll want to stop at the Schalie Falls Camp Grounds, cross at the covered bridge and perhaps have lunch at a little restaurant
overlooking Clear Lake.
