Play sand, filter, colored golf course, and pool sand, zeolite, and other similar products, are often packaged as this valve bag,(photo below) which is good for stacking, but most often not very good for  filling accuracy,  production speeds over 10 bags/minute, and these type bags traditionally leak through the filling valve.

	B&C CV-3025 VFF&S  Instead of pre-formed bags, the Model 3025  uses printed poly film on a roll, which is wrapped around a vertical custom-sized forming tube, sealed on the bottom, and backside. The sand is fed into the forming tube via an incline conveyor, and after  filling, the top (or trailing end) of the bag is sealed before exiting the machine.
