SHAVINGS-HAY PREPARATION SYSTEMS

Planer shavings can be processed from whole logs or cut timber (left & Willems log shaver, below)and distributed to either shaker-screen, such as the BM&M Chip Screen (below left), or directly to compression baler inside plant For hay & straw products, the Stratek shredder (right) will process product to desired lengths for packaging.

BM&M SHAKER-SCREEN

The BM&M Chip shaker-screen can be designed from 3-13 feet wide, & up to 20 feet long, with up to 3 decks, and equipped with 2-inch diameter ball decks for self-cleaning. These screens remove dust to provide quality shavings (bedding) for livestock, and graded bark mulches or soils.

Creative Packaging can design and supply a WILLEMS integrated high-speed, log-shavings systems, such as shown at right, with log loading, and quick knife-exchange module, to produce premium quality wood shavings in excess of 12 tons/hour
