B&C CV-3125 AUTOMATIC BAGGING SYSTEM:

The B&C vertical form-fill-seal system(pictured below) is the most versatile, automatic packaging system available, and comes complete with product supply hopper, infeed conveyor and optional bale compression ram, bag-flattening press, multiple forming tubes, unique sealing, side gusseting and affording over 20+ bags/minute.

Above system requires little operator assistance and can process bags 10 liter to 120 liters at approximately 10-20 bags/minute, compressed bales, 4-6/minute, depending on size.

Semi-Automatic Bagging System

The semi-automatic bagger (photo right) requires an operator placing pre-made poly bags on the spout, with another operator feeding the filled bags through a bag-top sealer (photo below).This system affords some 600 bags per hour.

CROWN  MODEL CML-100

The sealer (at left)is capable of processing over 25 bags/minute (18" to 25" wide), and comes equipped with D.C. variable speed, seal cooler, casters, and is available with bag-top trimmer and date coder. Standard model features right-to-left bag infeed, but can be ordered with reverse infeed.

B&C MODEL CV-3125 FORM-FILL-SEAL

The photo at left shows the B&C vertical form-fill-seal, with three custom-sized forming tubes, with overhead volumetric doser, for producing 10 -100 liters, or 1-3 cubic-foot bagged soils/bark, affording reduced labor & bag costs and maximum production speed for relatively free-flowing products!
