The components listed below have been manufactured by B&C Machinery, and TMG-Impianti,
for some 20 years, and feature the latest in engineered-systems for lawn 'n garden packaging, with features NOT
available from any North American manufacturers. They are "plant-friendly", easily maintained, and are representative
of over 1,000 systems in operation at soil, sand, peat, fertilizer, cat litter and bark producers worldwide.

10 CUBIC-METER PRODUCT FEEDING HOPPER
The feeding hopper has a capacity of some 10-15 cubic meters (13+ cubic
yards), is linked to the VFF&S via PLC, and features a sliding plane with strong rubber belting, supported by rollers
to protect from dust infiltration. Adjustable speed motor is in oil bath, and there's a chain agitator to break up difficult-flowing
products at the discharge end of hopper depositing metered amount of product onto incline troughing belt conveyor to
bagger.
DNSTAR-2 BELT FEEDER
The unique DNSTAR-2 belt-fed product doser (photo above) is integrated with the Model
CV-3080 or CV-3125 VFF&S (photo below) to provide an even flow of product into the forming tube. Due to its internal rotating
drum, products such as cedar, cypress and hardwood bark mulches, cocoa fibre (coir), and high-moisture soils, are literally
"combed" before entering the formed bag below, without "bridging" problems! DNSTAR 3 is used for more difficult-flowing products.
MODEL CV-3080 VFF&S
COMPRESSED BALE & LOOSE FILL PRODUCTS
Both the CV-3080 and CV-3125 FF&S models form seals on back, top and bottom of
the printed film via thermostatically-controlled resistance sealer and seal cooler (air & water) - *unlike anything else
in the market - and a bottom-settling device facilitates product filling. The machine can also be equipped for producing side
gussets, compressed bales (above photo), easy-opening bag feature, and die-cut handles. A revolving, suspended,
tube rack, enables quick change of forming tubes, should more than one be needed for additional sizes. Capacities range from
14-22 bags/minute, depending on bag size (volume) and package style.
BAG FLATTENING DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
The filled bag press (left)includes a bag-turning device with electronic synchronizing
unit, with deflating and pressing belt operated by independent gear motor, and side rollers for bag squaring, adjustable for
desired pressure to present bags for manual stacking or automatic palletizing.
MODEL SR10-APM
The automatic, high-level palletizer (right), or the low-level IS80 (below), can be
integrated with the discharge of the bag-flattening conveyor for stacking 1,000-2,200 bags/hour. (Click on photo for transport
to TMG website for more information). Either model comes with empty pallet dispenser, individual layer squaring & top-to-bottom
compression, and can be integrated with automatic pallet stretch wrapper, or pallet stretch hooding, pictured below.
