A typical bagging system for crumb rubber strips and nuggets would include a bagging scale, bag sealer and pallet stretch wrapper, all shown below.

This system would allow some 12-20 bags (50 lbs.) per minute, and would require 3-4 operators.

The bagging system shown above can be equipped for filling 1,000-2,000 pound super sacks, and then with an extension to the bottom of the scale and the addition of a bagging spout, 50-pound bags can be filled.
